We operate our own on-site and fully regulated pharmacy, from which we deliver directly to the homes of thousands of NHS and private patients.
Our direct-to-home service supports an ever-increasing range of therapies, including renal, multiple sclerosis, enzyme replacement therapy, haemophilia, hepatitis and HIV.
- RPSGB registered pharmacy with full pharmacy systems and confidentiality
- Electronic register of prescriptions dispensed
- Frequent checks by Superintendent Pharmacist
- Dedicated co-ordinators, experienced in patient and client liaison
- Patients telephoned 48 hours before delivery day
- Patient approved delivery windows (within 2–4 hour time slots)
- All drivers fully trained, CRB checked and carry official ID for doorstep scrutiny
- We believe in patient familiarity – we aim to ensure that all your deliveries are made by the same driver
- Drop card system, if you’re not in we do more than leave a card – the driver will leave personal contact details and do whatever possible to deliver that same day
- Unsuccessful deliveries always kept in correct temperature controlled conditions
- Key holder service and approved second delivery address
- Specific consignment tracking of delivery times to satisfy client driven KPIs
- Confidential proof of deliveries for home delivery patients
- On-site patient fridge stock rotation checks (if required)

- Consumables and Sharps bins delivered, collected and disposed of
